About Josh

Josh Arrington is the founder and CEO of The Legatum Group and has a passion for guiding clients to find financial contentment that includes connection to their greater purpose beyond accumulation of wealth. This contentment includes deeper generational conversations, improved family communication and dynamics, and leads to building meaningful and lasting legacy.

Josh’s professional experience spans over 30 years as a leader in both the marketplace and nonprofit arenas.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas A&M University, and is a thought leader and public speaker in the areas of mentorship, organizational leadership and culture, and nonprofit donor development.

Josh and his wife, Stacey, reside in San Antonio and have three adult sons and one grandson. They are actively involved in Redeemer Bible Church that they helped start and where Josh serves as the lead elder. Josh is the founder and former President of Intentional Ministries. He has also served on numerous nonprofit boards in the past and is a current board member for Strong Missions (emeritus role), The South Texas Alliance for Orphans, and South Texas YFC.

Josh is an avid outdoorsman with a love for fishing, hunting, golf ,and Scuba diving. He is also a devoted fan of all things A&M with a never-ending belief, or more accurately hope, that this year might finally be The year.
